Čili pica is the largest chain of restaurants that is known for its quality food, exclusive service and a particular attention to home and office delivery.
2. Is an experience in catering necessary?
Even though experience in catering is not required, it is regarded as an advantage.
UAB Čilija will organize trainings and provide comprehensive information to a future franchisee that is necessary to manage a restaurant Čili pica effectively.
3. How much does it cost to open a restaurant Čili pica?
A franchise price covers the following:
• Real estate. Premises are usually rented. A purchase of premises requires more investment.
• Initial franchise fee, which is paid to UAB Čilija for a right to open a restaurant Čili pica.
• Costs of the design, legal fees and other duties that need to be paid to turn selected premises into a pizzeria.
• Furniture and kitchen equipment.
• Logos.
• Permits and licences for a building, to sell alcohol, etc.
• Initial inventory: food, drinks, dishes, cleaning materials, clothes, etc.
• Initial training of employees and managers in restaurants Čili pica.
• Initial marketing expenses, including marketing expenses to start up a restaurant.
4. How much investment needs to be made?
Expenses vary a lot and may differ several times depending on the location and size of a restaurant. A total investment in Lithuania may be as follows:

5. Does UAB Čilija provide any financial assistance?
UAB Čilija does not provide any financial assistance to franchisees. However, franchisees are entitled to all discounts on a purchase and maintenance of equipment that are offered to UAB Čilija. As UAB Čilija has an agreement with all major suppliers, franchisees may also use their services on the most favourable conditions.
6. How to choose a place for a restaurant?
Franchisees choose a place for a restaurant themselves. A typical size of a restaurant is from 250 to 350 m2. They are usually located in some busy area or a supermarket. A parking lot is strongly recommended. UAB Čilija may offer its service to find or to suggest some particular place.
7. What are regular franchise fees?
A franchise fee accounts to five per cent (5%) of sales in Lithuania and is subject to an agreement in other countries.
8. What are marketing fees?
Marketing fee is not collected.
9. How many people work in restaurants Čili pica?
From 25 to 40. A number of employees depends on sales.
10. What kind of training is provided by UAB Čilija?
Before a restaurant is opened, UAB Čilija will train a franchisee or his authorized representative how to manage a restaurant. Main employees (cook, baker, chief waiter) will also undergo training necessary to perform their functions.
11. Is support provided to open a restaurant?
Our specialists will participate in opening a restaurant in order to ensure a smooth process. Training specialists will organize an initial training for employees in their work place.
12. Does UAB Čilija provide any other support?
You will receive a business description for a pizzeria that will be periodically supplemented. Our specialists will visit your pizzeria to provide consultation on all important aspects of business. UAB Čilija has a right to visit your pizzeria without a prior notification.
