High Requirements for Suppliers
UAB “Čilija“ sets up high quality requirements for its food product suppliers. Quality is the most crucial criterion we follow in determining the choice of products, which later are offered to our customers. Price and other factors are taken into account only after examining the quality and the quality standards in the supplier‘s company. 
 
Suppliers, who have cooperated with us before, have an advantage over others. We also assess such important criteria as the reliability of the supplier, the efficiency in solving arising problems and the logistics. 
 
We always welcome the supplier‘s initiative to offer discounts and deferred payments. We insist on our suppliers‘ liability for the product quality, delivery notes and delivery dates, and refund procedures. If the supplier does not comply with the set requirements, fines, as provided for in the supply agreement, shall be imposed.
