History
The history of UAB Čili Holdings managing the largest restaurant network in Baltic states began in 1994, when Plento Baras bar opened its doors in Vilnius, and the first pizza restaurant Čili Pica was opened in 1997. Nowadays Čili restaurant network unites forty-three restaurants in the largest Lithuanian towns and sixteen restaurants in Latvia, and twenty-three more franchise-based restaurants in Lithuania and Latvia take pride in carrying Čili name as well. As much as five new Čili restaurants open their doors for customers every year.
Restaurants of Čili network offer their customers tasty and high quality food, pleasant environment and friendly atmosphere: you will enjoy them every time you visit any of pizza restaurants Čili Pica, restaurants of Lithuanian national cuisine Čili Kaimas, Chinese food restaurants Čili Kinija and restaurants of Asian cuisine Tokyo and Tokyo China.
Čili Pica offers in its menu not only more than 40 different kinds of pizza, but also original homelike Italian pasta dishes, tasty second course dishes, soups, deserts and various drinks. In total, 28 pizza restaurants are opened in Lithuania, 16 pizza restaurants offer their services in Latvia, and 23 more pizza restaurants in both countries operate under franchise basis.
In nine Čili Kaimas restaurants, you can try the tastiest dishes of traditional Lithuanian cuisine. Authentic interior of the restaurants brings up the ancient history of the country. Six Čili Kaimas restaurants are situated in the capital, and in Kaunas and Klaipėda there are three more of them.
Čili Kinija are the restaurants of exotic Chinese cuisine. Professional chefs from China work in the restaurants, offering their guests sophisticated dishes created by adjusting recipes of distant countries to foods that are custom to Lithuanian liking. Three Čili Kinija restaurants are established in Vilnius, and one franchise-based restaurant is in Panevėžys.
Dishes of Japanese cuisine predominate in Tokyo restaurants belonging to Čili network, and customers will find more than one hundred Chinese, Thai and Japanese dishes in the menu of Tokyo China restaurant that opened its doors recently. A team of professional chefs works in the restaurants, conveying to the customers authentic spirit and flavour of each particular country.
