Additional terms and conditions, supplementary information

The DRAUGŲ Card is valid at all restaurants in Lithuania which belong to the ČILI chain Čili Pica, Čili Kaimas, Čili Kinija, Tokyo, Tokyo China and Plento Baras.

A DRAUGŲ Card obtained from ČILI restaurants can only be used after activating it either online at www.cili.lt or by filling out a form at a ČILI chain restaurant.

You must have your mobile telephone nearby when you activate a DRAUGŲ Card online at www.cili.lt, because we will be sending you a text message with your confirmation code. Each DRAUGŲ Card is linked to a single mobile telephone number.

Note: When ordering food by phone at 1822 or online, ČILI Litai are calculated only when calling from the telephone number indicated on the DRAUGŲ Card registration form or entering that number on the online order form . The hosts of the ČILI loyalty programme cannot be held accountable for issues which may arise when an individual is in possession of more than one DRAUGŲ Card registered to the same phone number. CILI Litai are not accumulated and transferred to a DRAUGŲ Card for meals and/or beverages purchased at special offer rates.

ČILI Litai accumulated with a DRAUGŲ Card are valid for five (5) months from the day they were obtained. The following DRAUGŲ Card information is displayed on each cashier’s check: the sum of the ČILI Litai discount, the maximum discount which can be applied to that bill, the sum of your accumulated ČILI Litai and their duration of validity. ČILI Litai which have not been used after their expiration date will be transferred to the DRAUGŲ Fund without prior notice or permission from the card holder. The accumulated funds are allocated to social projects, Lithuanian sports and children’s programmes.


ČILI Litai accumulated with the DRAUGŲ Card cannot be exchanged for money.

ČILI Litai cannot be used to pay for tobacco products.

The DRAUGŲ Card is not a debit card.

Only one DRAUGŲ Card or discount card may be applied towards payment of a single bill at a ČILI chain restaurant (i.e. DRAUGŲ Card or other type of discount card).

ČILI Litai are not calculated for the portion of a bill paid with ČILI Litai. 

ČILI Litai cannot be used as a form of payment and will not be accumulated when paying by gift certificate or gift card, or to purchase gift certificates or gift cards from ČILI chain restaurants.

Accumulated ČILI Litai and offered rewards can only be utilized by DRAUGŲ Card holders. ČILI chain restaurants reserve the right to reject claims if a DRAUGŲ Card holder lost or otherwise misplaced his or her DRAUGŲ Card and failed to notify ČILI by following the procedures outlined in these terms and conditions. This also applies to instances when a DRAUGŲ Card was used by an individual other than the card holder, or if an attempt to use the DRAUGŲ Card was made by deceptive means.

ČILI Litai, plus a supplementary payment of one cent, can be used to purchase DRAUGŲ Card rewards offered by our partners (cinema tickets, etc.), with the exception of some special offers that may have specific conditions. Before giving out a reward, ČILI chain restaurants have the right to ask a DRAUGŲ Card holder for a form of identification to confirm the personal data entered on his or her DRAUGŲ Card registration form.

DRAUGŲ Card privileges are valid for as long as the DRAUGŲ Card loyalty programme, hosted by ČILI, exists.

DRAUGŲ Cards must be protected from being damaged by sharp objects and other objects which can harm the card’s surface. ČILI restaurants are not accountable for cards that have been damaged or otherwise impaired. Only valid and unimpaired DRAUGŲ Cards accepted.

Activation of a DRAUGŲ Card is confirmation that the card holder agrees to receive informational and promotional material about the DRAUGŲ Card loyalty programme, as well as special offers extended by its partners, from Čili Holdings and companies participating in the programme.

Čili Holdings guarantees that DRAUGŲ Card holders’ personal data will be administered, protected and used according to the Republic of Lithuania’s law on the legal protection of personal data.

DRAUGŲ Card holder’s personal data will be used only for direct marketing of the company through information about special offers from ČILI restaurants and partners, as well as other coordinated events. This information will be forwarded to the e-mail and/or postal addresses indicated, or by telephone. If you, the DRAUGŲ Card holder, do not wish to receive the afore-mentioned information and/or would like to officially prohibit Čili Holdings from administering and using your personal data, notify us by e-mail (info@draugukortele.lt) or by calling +370 800 23 355, toll free, on business days from noon to 9 p.m.

Čili Holdings reserves the right to alter the terms and conditions of the DRAUGŲ Card loyalty programme at any given time without individual notification. DRAUGŲ Card holders will be informed through the website (www.cili.lt) and/or at ČILI chain restaurants before changes are made.

DRAUGŲ Cards are the property of the ČILI restaurant chain.

DRAUGŲ Card administration fees will not be refunded to DRAUGŲ Card holders under any circumstances.

There may be instances when DRAUGŲ Cards are temporarily not accepted at ČILI chain restaurants due to technical difficulties.
