Where can I get a DRAUGŲ Card and how much does it cost?
- For a one-time fee of 4.99 Lt you can get a DRAUGŲ Card at any restaurant belonging to the ČILI chain (Čili Pica, Čili Kaimas, Čili Kinija, Tokyo, Plento Baras) and by ordering food online at www.cili.lt or by telephone at 1822.
- You can activate your DRAUGŲ Card on the website www.cili.lt or at Čili Pica, Čili Kaimas, Čili Kinija, Tokyo, Tokyo China and Plento Baras venues in Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda, Druskininkai and Palanga.
- You must have your mobile telephone nearby when you activate a DRAUGŲ Card online at www.cili.lt, because we will be sending you a text message with your confirmation code. Each DRAUGŲ Card is linked to a single mobile telephone number.
What can I get for the ČILI Litai I accumulate with the DRAUGŲ Card?
- DRAUGŲ Card holders can pay as much as up to 30 percent of their bill at any ČILI chain restaurant in Lithuania with the ČILI Litai they collec.
- You can purchase tickets to the cinema with ČILI Litai collected through your DRAUGŲ Card, plus an additional fee of one cent, at any Čili Pica, Čili Kaimas, Čili Kinija and Plento Baras venues located in Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda, Šiauliai and Panevėžys. A ticket to Forum Cinemas movie theatres costs only 19 ČILI Litai plus one cent. The offer is subject to ticket availability and does not apply to 3D films.
How long are ČILI Litai valid?
- All ČILI Litai accumulated before 15 JUL 2010 are valid until 30 DEC 2010. ČILI Litai accumulated as of 15 JUL 2010 are valid for 5 months from the day they were obtained.
- The total sum of ČILI Litai accumulated with your DRAUGŲ Card, their expiration dates, the sum of the ČILI Litai discount and the maximum discount which can be applied to a bill are displayed on each cashier’s check you receive.
- ČILI Litai which have not been used after their expiration date will be transferred to the DRAUGŲ Fund without prior notice or permission from the card holder. The accumulated funds are allocated to social projects, Lithuanian sports and children’s programmes.
What should I do if I lose my DRAUGŲ Card?
- Notify us about the missing card by e-mail (info@draugukortele.lt) or by calling +370 800 23 355 toll-free on weekdays from noon to 9 p.m. in order to block the card temporarily.
- Obtain a new DRAUGŲ Card at a ČILI restaurant and register it by using the registration information you used for the old card if you wish to retain the ČILI Litai you accumulated.
How do I transfer my accumulated ČILI Litai from my old card to a new one?
- Log into your lost card’s account on www.cili.lt using your old card’s number and password.
- Click on Profile link, which contains all of your contact information.
- At the bottom of the page there is a New Card Number link. Enter your new card number in the white field (the new DRAUGŲ Card must not be registered yet).
- Your accumulated ČILI Litai will be transferred automatically and your old card blocked. Your purchasing history will also be transferred to the new card.
- If the new DRAUGŲ Card has already been registered, notify us by e-mail (info@draugukortele.lt) to say that you wish to transfer your data from your lost DRAUGŲ Card to your new one.
When I call 1822 to place an order, why do I have to call from the telephone number I indicated on my DRAUGŲ Card registration form?
- The DRAUGŲ Card system recognises its patrons according to the telephone number shown on the registration form, not according to the DRAUGŲ Card number.
- If your provider is Omnitel, Bitė or Teo, the call will be charged according to your normal rates. Calls made through Tele2 are 39 cents per minute.
How long does it take for ČILI Litai to be added to my DRAUGŲ Card account after ordering online or calling 1822?
- They will be added to your account within one business day.
How do I log into the DRAUGŲ Card system if my DRAUGŲ Card was registered at a ČILI chain restaurant?
- There is no need to additionally register or activate a DRAUGŲ Card obtained at a ČILI chain restaurant – the restaurant will register the card for you.
- In order to log into the DRAUGŲ Card system enter your card number and use Vilnius1 as the password.
- After making the initial connection, change your password.
Is my personal data secure?
The ČILI website maintains your personal information with the use of procedural and technical safeguards that protect this data accordingly from accidental or wrongful loss and disclosure, as well as against all other wrongful activities. However, we may not be held responsible for the manner in which your personal information is maintained on websites belonging to third parties and we are not liable for the privacy policies and actions of third party websites, even in instances when you visit such websites through the use of links contained on the ČILI website. Therefore, we recommend that you access your DRAUGŲ Card information by signing in with your DRAUGŲ Card number.
Why I receive an e-mails intended for someone else?
We are not liable for the security of your e-mail if the security of the e-mail address is not guaranteed by the third party it belongs to. For instance, the free Gmail web and POP3 addresses provided by Google do not recognize dots as characters within usernames. As a result, you may receive an e-mail intended for someone else if the only difference between the two e-mail addresses consists of a dot (http://mail.google.com/support/bin/answer.py?hl=en-&ctx=mail&answer=10313#). Therefore, we recommend that you access your DRAUGŲ Card information by signing in with your DRAUGŲ Card number and by choosing an e-mail address that is as secure as possible.
Where can I get tickets to the cinema?
You can get tickets at any Čili Pica, Čili Kaimas, Čili Kinija and Plento Baras venues located in Vilnius, Kaunas, Šiauliai and Panevėžys.

Can I use a Latvian Drauga card at ČILI chain restaurants?
The Latvian Drauga card is valid at all ČILI chain restaurants and entitles you to a 10 percent discount on your bill when you present it (excluding tobacco products). ČILI Litai will not be calculated or added to your DRAUGŲ Card when using a Drauga card and you cannot pay any portion of the bill with ČILI Litai.
Only one discount card may be applied towards payment of a single bill at a ČILI chain restaurant (i.e. DRAUGŲ Card or other type of discount card).
Can I use my DRAUGŲ Card at Čili Pica restaurants in Latvia?
Yes, you can use your DRAUGŲ Card at Čili Pica restaurants in Latvia. When you present your DRAUGŲ Card you will receive a 10 percent discount on your bill (excluding tobacco products). ČILI Litai will not be calculated or added to your DRAUGŲ Card when using a DRAUGŲ Card in Latvia and cannot be used to pay any portion of the bill.
